David Livingstone Missionary Foundation hosted a pastor's conference in Cebu, Philippines. Rev. Travis McManus, Rev. Rick Lee, and Pastor Darrel Blankenship accompanied Dwain on this trip.

Dwain headed to Mississippi to help disaster victims of Hurrican Katrina. Several volunteers traveled with Dwain, including Pastor Darrel Blankenship, Rev. Fred Shipman, Whitney Shipman, and others. They took a truck loads full of donated clothes.
